Fox Business wins FOIA Lawsuit Against Treasury

Well so much for change we can believe in, Fox Business actually had to sue the Treasury Department to get details of the federal bailout plan.

I can't say I'm surprised the real question will be is if the other news agencies will get over their slobering love affair and wanting to make out with Obama.

FOX sued on December 18th over requests made in November. Obama was inaugurated on January 20th.

Today is February 20th, I would have thought that would be ample time to agree to disclose the information, instead they continued to keep it under wraps.

I'm not certain that Obama even knew about this suit. My guess is that Bush was probably told about it when FOX first sued, and since then nothing major came up that would attract Obama's attention until this ruling. Government inertia...

That is a possibility but then that brings up Obama's Treasury Secretary, Turbo Tax Tim.
