1) Open your swkotor.ini file and add the line "Disable Vertex Buffer Objects=1" without the quotes under "Graphics Options."
2) Disable Frame Buffer Effects.

4) Since you're playing on an LCD, shouldn't your refresh rate be ~60Hz?
