[TSL] Disciple glitch

I played TSL two times, once as a female, and when I made the disciple a jedi while being on the Ebon Hawk, he suddenly died, and on the party selection screen was the disciple's portrait, but not a picture of him standing, just black.
And the description was no more "Soldier Level ##", it was " I am broken, so very, very broken". What the heck happened?

PS: The bug only appeared on the Ebon Hawk.

That is something that happens when the game has an issue and can't recover from it. The blank NPC portrait and the phrase "I am broken, so very, very broken!" is the evidence of this.

Recover by starting from a previous save and see if the issue repeats, if it does, then try to have the convo with the Disciple off the Ebon Hawk.

I had this issue with Mandalore when I used the TSL patcher from the Movie Mandalorians mod, too many times. I found out that it was because I had two rows in the Appearance.2da file with the same information going across. I fixed it by deleting the second row.

I have had this happen on un-modded games, even my XBox.

I now had it after the Chuundar/Freyyr confrontation with Zaalbar if I killed Freyyr.
So it's in both games.

Yes it can happen in either game...
