I think the blame for that can be placed on me. Haven't been a common poster in Taris Upper City Emporium in years, except for moderating, so there is no real reason for people to look at threads I've created. However, the normal staff members that handles the Mod of the Year were busy with real life.

If not for logan23 kicking me in a VM there most likely wouldn't have even been a Mod of the Year for 2011. I just thought someone else was doing it until logan23 got my attention and I asked the staff to find out everyone was busy.
