I am sure that one of us will get this done, we have all been busy recently and have not been able to make any of the other requests so you might have to wait a bit (sorry )
Hmmmmmmmmm. I might be able to fill this request, but don't count on me doing it with to much hope. I will see what I can do. Welcome to LF by the way Blackout .
My latest:
A Death Watch Commando.
This is one of the nameless characters from my fanfic, "Dark Legacy: Death Watch".
This is the Commando that Jai'galaar doesn't kill.
I, for one, approve of the Ewoks. They're a fine representation of the primitive natives doing better in their own environment than the invading white man.

Hi guys, ive got a request if that isnt much of a problem?
I would like to have a costomized commando with the model of RC Sev from Delta Squad. Except the white color has to be black, the red camo has to be white and his visor has to be red and if you could make one with his visor white that would be awesome(don't know what would look cooler). Weapon; a DC-17 with sniper attachment.
Depending on what program your using, there should be a lasso tool (Icon looks like a lasso obviously ). Select it, and outline the armor piece you want to color (if using photoshop, click and hold down on the lasso button, and select the polygonic lasso, which makes for better control, if using GIMP, the polygonic effect is already there once the lasso tool is selected.) Once the armor piece is selected (Outlined by lasso tool) then for photoshp go into Image>Adjustments>Color Balance, and change the colors, for GIMP go to Colors>Color Balance, and change the colors. Wow my hand is tired now . Hope this is useful to you . (Excuse my spelling on that last photoshop)
Thinks K1lingdr3ad. I'll try that out when I get home, haha most of my posts are at school.
Also, how do you get the Verpine? And how can I put the Spartan Laser on the commando's back?
If you have a photobucket account you can upload it on that and the post them here.
I'd say the easiest way is to go to your "user cp" located at the top of the screen. Find your photo's and album's section and upload them on there straight off your hard drive. Then right click the image once it's uploaded and click properties. Copy the URL and then paste it inside tags. Like this > [IMG]example text[/IMG] . Post a reply to this thread and put the URL inside the [IMG] tags like I said above.
I know this is going to sound like a stupid question, but where did you find the "Default" grey RC pics that you've been editing? I've been looking everywhere.
The only official image was the white model, we've modded the rest of them from that
(on another note, my laptop is sorta fixed (they have to send a replacement again because not all the parts work) but the screen works now so I'll probably have some updates this weekend

Thanks man, I appreciate it. Can't wait to see the updates.
Hey guys just wanted to know what format commandos have to be in order to be posted and if there are any programs out there that can convert them into .jpg format or something like that.
they should be able to be posted as .jpg .gif or .png Photoshop and GIMP should both be able to save that way. Just select the different format when you are saving the file
Nice work! I like the way you did the carbon scoring on the battle damaged version.

Mortir (To stand in mando) The C.O kad Inya squad. With the helmet I was going for an Alice Cooper look because I had his album Brutal Planet playing and I got a sudden creative burst.
"...Turns to me, and he says,
'why so serious, son?'
Comes at me with the knife...
'Why so serious?'
He sticks the blade in my mouth...
'Let's put a smile on that face!' "
Hmm, I started out wanting to make wings, but since those don't really look like wings, I'm not sure what to call it. I got the inspiration from Inyri's commando with the plants behind the back. So it's not entirely original.

I thought it was supposed to be some type of symbol since they don't look like wings.
That camouflage is pretty cool! How did you get that effect?
probably found a camo texture online, pasted it over his commando in gimp/ps, and set the layer to overlay or some other layer style that combines the 2 layers nicely
