Really, anyone who's played CoD 4 or even just likes FPS games is going to want this, it's no question. Infinity Ward is dependable on quality, just like Valve. I'm sure it'll be a fantastic game.

CoD4 was one of my favorite shooters. Such a powerful game. I can't wait for the sequel.

I'll be getting it on PC.

yeah CoD4 is still one of my fav shooters. i play it everyday i have World at War but dont like that one near as much. I would get it for PC as well as 360 but my laptop cant run it . Im already getting 2 copies as it is since i have two 360s im getting a copy for me and one for my wife since we both play.

but MW2 is looking to be like one of the best games that i could possibly play.

i really need to get into a podcast or something...LoL

Well now I know the answer to the question I had been asking "who would buy that thing?"

Modern Warfare 2 is definitely one of the top games I am looking forward to this year. I just played CoD4 for the first time over the summer and loved it, one of my favorite FPS games I'd say and I think this one looks even better.

That's what I've heard as well, but when you think about it, the goggles only cost you about $70-80 since you get some more stuff in the package, you can't really expect much out of $80 NVGs. I'm not really planning on using them so that's not really a problem to me, I'm just gonna display them proudly on my desk at work

Nope, just an itchy sweater.

Migrating hosts, a necessity of consoles no doubt. Otherwise, their improvements look good, but maybe not 'whole new game' good, more like expansion good.

What did Chief call CoD? Cock of Doody: Moderngay****stupid.

Yea, thats what I say. lol

Don't get me wrong, the game is fine...as a game. The problem I have is all these little turd nuggets around me claiming that its the greatest thing they've ever done with their lives and their pants are constantly short whenever the little icon for a headshot pops up.

God I hate kids...

That's why you plug the headset in, don't wear it, and put it on mute.

the goggles are for the most part decoration. they are supposedly working NVGs that have a 50ft range. but it just comes down to just something to have on a desk.

Play Battlefield: Bad Company instead. People rarely talk, but when they do, 90% of the time they're being serious.

But for Call of Duty 4? I really fell wayside to that game. Just a little too fast for me I guess. I did pop the game in on my PC a couple of days ago and played an hour of multiplayer, it felt like I was playing against a bunch of hardcore Counterstrike players. Too much for me. I was only good at Call of Duty 1 way back when on the PC. Put me on MP_Carentan with a German MP40 and I'll absolutely trash everyone.

Those are bull**** NVGs, you can get the same thing with an IR flashlight and a modified camera. Though, admittedly, non IR NVGs cost as much as high-end 50" HDTVs. So yeah, faux night vision is good enough. *Humph* : P

Fanboy nothing. I can barely stand FPS's as it is. I do play Halo, but thats merely because thats what my friends play. The demented part is they talk more **** about CoD than I do, but they insist on play Halo SWAT.

Now that I think about it, it kinda makes me wanna punch a baby...

I'm pretty stoked for MW2. Along with Assassin's Creed 2. I'd have to say CoD4 was one of the most realistic, and probably one of my favourite FPSs ,that I've played recently.

Although, I still need to hook up live again. >_>

It looks so funnn. I'm just sad I won't have a computer that can play it for quite a while yet. Ah, well.

I'll get it eventually.
