Youtube is full of videos of this game now (note: SPOILER HEAVY, obviously, since people just play straight through the game).
The thing is that the "bonus" levels are spoilers, because they are based on what happened after you won, or if you had taken a certain path (so I'm told, haven't ever played the game yet).

From everything I've heard, the PC version is identical to the Xbox360 version of the game.
"Ultimate Sith Edition" is just TFU with all the downloadable content added, plus a Hoth level.
The extra levels you play as separate missions, where apparently you have a fully powered up character
(don't have to start from scratch earning everything).
