How can Lord Starkiller (cyborg) use force lightning?
Is he using some sort of advanced cybernetic that allows him to channel this power? Man, Vader could have used that.

He does not have prosthetic arms, Vader did, thats have prevented the lightning not the suit.

You're right, he really doesn't. He has claws put on his hands, but it's still mostly flesh, at least enough where using lightning shouldn't be far fetched.
