Insecticide removed from Steam?

It was there a while ago, for $9.99 (Part One only). Seems it's gone.

Was it on Steam, or am I the butt's end of a joke my memory's playing?

Thrik, when I click that link I still get a product page for Insecticide Part 1, which encourages me to "Add to Cart". Plus the search Kroms linked to, when I view it, has a result leading to the very same page. Since I live in the US, maybe it IS region-locked now...

This is the age of the internet, goddamn it. When will they learn that this "region" copyrights hardly apply? Do they WANT me to pirate it? (I won't, out of respect to Larry Ahern, but really.)

In past experiences, when you bought a game from steam and is taken down, it will be still be in your games, and you can still download it.
