I got a kick ass Olympus FE-190 Digital Camera.
Pirates 2 DVD and soundtrack, Superman Returns DVD, a couple Samurai 7 DVDs, gas card, Target card, Best Buy card, clothes, tire air-pump, a few assorted other things I can't remember, and of course, a lot of junk food.

Merry Christmas peeps and a Happy New Year
Listening to you, I get the music
Gazing at You, I get the heat
Following you, I climb the mountain
I get excitement at your feet
Right behind you, I see the millions
On you, I see the glory
From you, I get opinions
From you, I get the story

Oh, Merry Belated Christmas everyone, I got a scarf.
I'd have said this earlier but hell, I don't remember anyone giving me any birthday wishes on the 3rd... I mean I was only 21...

Top Chef is no excuse. It is a part of my life.

Top Chef is like Project Runway, but with food instead of clothes.
And Marcel instead of every other cast member to ever be on Project Runway. Because Marcel Vigneron = pimp. "You say my food lacks fundamentals like salt and peppa, and I'm like 'Yo man, whateva!'"

I'm waiting for Fealiks to ask "So... what's Project Runway?"
You see, there are certain shows we here in the UK don't get which you there in the US do... like half of your reality TV.

And lots of candy and junk food!
Games:

Unreal Tournament 3
DVDs and CDs:
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End
Nightwish Oceanborn
Halo 3 Original Soundtrack
Books:

You know a forum is slow when we're using the same christmas thread from last year to celebrate this year.
Anyway, this year I got a pair of socks, and a bunch of shirts... am I really that old?
There's a possibility I might get some extra swag on my birthday (Jan 3rd) and some more when I go back to uni and guilted my friends into buying me something.

Merry Christmas (even if it is a bit late) and a happy 2008. I got many money (over £100.. I'm RICH ) and Assassins Creed (on Xbox360), which is a brillaint game, complete with the official art book (which is excellent because the game has a beautiful art style ).
I also got a family guy season 4 box set and a partridge in a pear tree.

None of my family (or friends) buy me DVD's... they don't know what I do and don't already have and what I want or don't want. As it is, I own all the DVD's I actually want to own so technically there are none they can buy me anyway.

Frankly, in my current financial state, I think I'd prefer cash... plus there's only so much you can get from Argos, whereas cash is generally accepted anywhere.

Cash isn't very fun to give -- that's why gift certificates were born. It almost feels like paying a yearly wage rather than giving them a present, hence why I made my sisters have DS or Wii games instead of a wad of money.

Considerinf I'm a Uni student, a yearly wage would come in handy. Frankly, I don't tend to get real presents from my folks anymore, so I don't expect much save for a card and some money, I get the actual gifts from my friends.

Yeah, final year of university, 60 page dissertation to do plus advanced coding to learn and implement for my final year project, 5 classes, all with individual assignmetns and exams, if I'm not doing them I'm learning a different coding language and i have just about enough time to shower in the morning, a jobs exactly the kind of thing I can fit in right now.
You're obviously right about the hair though, at current, I bear a striking resemblance to Bill Bailey.

Just another excuse, Joshi.
What a coincidence that more than one person should be on this website at the same time. That never happens lately.

The only coincidence is that we're online at the same time, which isn't really a coincidence at all. As for this website, you post, I get an email notification, I come here. Simple really.
