gtkradiant spotlight problem

Hi there,
i started using gtkradiant this week. So far so good, but now i have encountered a problem i don't know how to deal with.

When i make a spotlight ( create light, create info_notnull -> ctrl+k etc...)
and i render my map, i get lights in the game that flash/blink on and off
instead of spotlights...

i tried looking everywhere for a solution but i can't find it.

I downloaded a tutorial map with a spotlight included and that one works fine in the render, but as soon as i copy it into my map its broken as well.

Any ideas? this is very frustrating :/

are you sure you don't have any other light sources in there mixing things up? if you highlight your light, and hit n, it should bring up a properties window, there's no key/value for 'style' is there?
