It was an alright movie, better than I'd expected at first, but it really didn't need a sequel in any way. And here they're looking to create an entire bloody franchise out of it (because everything should be made into a franchise) - a TV series to start with, and then an online MMO which is obviously to be based on Aion's dragon-riding escapades.

Yay for endless monetary exploitation!

I find it strange that the linked article neglects to mention the fact that How to Train Your Dragon is adapted from a book, and that How to be a Pirate is actually the sequel to said book.
