Possible to get stuck?

Hey! I'm new to Grim Fandango and have a question:

Can you get stuck in Grim Fandango? I mean, can you do things in the wrong order and then end up not getting anywhere and having to start all over again?

Actually, no. Not really. Oh, you can become hopeless befuddled and have no clue what to due next but that's not the same as being stuck. There is a very rare inventory bug which, if it bites, would stop you from going further; but I've played the game probably dozens of times (and not only because I'm a sad loser) and have never experienced it. There is also a speed-related issue with a conveyor belt that can cause problems. But if you save reasonably often and use a separate slot for each save then you can't really get stuck and have to start over. This isn't a Sierra game, after all.
