Dialog Fast Forward

Well, I started up my game, talked to a NPC, and the dialog went SUPER fast, as in I can't read what they're saying. Anyone?

try restarting the game, sometimes this happens when the memory cache fills up. 90% of the time, exiting the game and reloading fixes this issue. T3-M4 is the most common culprit for me, and his dialog line on arrival at Citadel Station seems to always skip
