Republic Commando dissapearing (PC) Boo

I don't know if is only for me, but someone has come across the bug where 1 or 2 of your republic commando dissapear from nothing of the game? One of the stages, i complete only with 7, but my visor show that the other 2 was still around. I'm sayng this because is the second time that happened. (The first one in the assault ship and the second on in the first part of the Wookie phase)!
One time they were there, the other, just vanished!

I'm running in a windows XP SP3

I already apply the Patch V1.0 (but i think its only to add one more DM map, Hangar).

Ah, now i understood. It's beacuse i only begin to use UnrealEd after i already instaled the patch, that was when i found this forum. I thought that already came with the game
