Multiple pages within a php file??

I've looked hard, while making a website, to find the secret to being able to have multiple pages inside 1 php file.

I.e. : http://mysite.com/mypage.php?id=kotor1

How do I do it? Could someone help me figure it out?

I meant that format of url is what I'm wanting as a result. I didn't mean that the link was an actual site.
