i think this has been done a dozen times over, but i am too lazy to search for these mods. so i made one of my own.

this mod removes the blur effect from Burst of Speed, Knight Speed and Master Speed.

in visualeffects.2da go to #2004 aka vfx_dur_speed and set progfx_duration to ****. this basically tells the game not to run the shader.
thanks to tslpatcher this simple mod is compatible to nearly every other mod out there.
for easy distribution i packed all exes with upx, put tslpatcher in a 7-zip archive and made that a self extracting installer.
