Need help making my new mod

Hey people,

I've written up a basic story for a new mod I'm making, but I need some help programming,designing and voicing it. It's about Malak creating 2 perfect assassins, one of knowledge and the other of hate. You (the knowledgeable one) have just escaped an assassination attempt by Malak, and you become an outcast and vow to destroy the empire.

Nobody is going to help you if you don't show a quite a bit of progress on your own is the point im trying to make.

A lot of people try TC mods but only a few succeed, do you have any experience in modding before? By that i mean creating mods, weapons, planets, characters etc
