Question GFF editor

So I am a rookie modder working on a mod that is probably out of my league. One thing I need help with is using a GFF editor. How the hell do you use it? I'm using bioware's by the way.

I wouldn't use Bioware's. Use tk102's KGFF found here.

What exactly are you trying to use it to do?

Well I'm trying to make a recruitment mod and I'm following Darth333's tutorial.

Actually, you can just use the Kotor Tool for all of the things listed in that tutorial. You could use the GFF editor, but it will be much more cumbersome.

Oh thanks. Also, how do you create a new .tlk line with TalkEd. (This is for something completely different)

Look under the Tools tab, and then hit New Entry, that should do it.

It's okay, we all do stuff like that from time to time. No trouble at all, that's what we're here for.
