ps: is it should be .utm? not utc or uti?

utm is right I belive. There should be things like new crystals and such. Better weponary and armour. Though no customs. Ill check

maybe we should start a new game? then it's no use to me

or maybe there's some way to force game reload those values? i remember i did some uti edits, but nothing changed untill i started new game and get to the charracter.

If you have already entered the module where he is at, it's not going to work. You're going to have to work from a save earlier than that, or start a new game.
