Question about mutiple mods for same character

Hello everyone,
I have been away so long it seems I forgot my account info and can't retrieve it because of hotmail and yahoo. That aside I am getting back into this game and I have multiple mods, lots of great updates on some of my favorites but I always liked changes with Bastila. I used to have many outfit for her but now with all the changes in mods I have conflicts, some use TSLPatcher and others, well they are still in their old format. My question is: If I wanted to use all of these mods in my game what is the best way to do it? Some are just one or two .tga files others have modified appearance2da's in them and a few have been updated to be installed with TSLPatcher. IS there a way to set these all up as on big mod using TSLP?

I hope this makes sense but I broke the files down in the following format.

Bastila mod files

In this mod file
the tslpatchdata folder has the following files each in its own folder and there is appearance.2da, changes.ini, info.rtf in all of the folders with TSLPatcher.exe in main file folder
