Well I belive I already know the answer but I figured I would ask some of the more experianced modders. My question: Is it possible to add a new line to the apperance.2da file and then select that line for an npc?

Yes, but not with KOTOR Tool.
Just use GFF Editor, and it should be pretty self-explainatory..
Well you can use KotOR Tool. You just have to edit the settings to make use of 2da files in the Override and make sure your modified 2da is in the Override.
The truly fallen cannot return to the light. If someone "falls" and "returns," they never really, truly fell.
