Block points idea

I guys, I have an idea, but I don't know if it can be made.

In every star wars video games, light sabers support is horrible.
Every.
KOTOR, Jedi Knight, Jedi Outcast, Jedi Academy, force unleashed are not an exception.

Why?

Because Light saber is supposed to cut OFF EVERYTHING with one single shot, and only another light saber can block it.
Vibroblades? Is this a joke?

So, what is the solution for video games?

Very simple:
Create a combat mode with automatic block movements.
But for every block missed by the player, your character looses "Block points" instead of "Health points".

And when he falls to zero, he is automatically dismembered and pierced / beheaded / cut off in two.
And then, and ONLY THEN, you will create a real video game for star wars, a credible light saber.

I had that idea for a long time ago, but I never shared it because I believed it was logical and star wars video game creators would have it naturally, but apparently not.

So I share it, it is done now.
