alright, this might not make complete sense cause i dont know exactly what items you have or what else you figured out.

Get the mini sheilds from the eyes of the skull above the door of the inside of the church. Give the sheild to the accordian playing monkey in the abandoned cannibal village.

If you havent gotten across the river of lava then reply and someone can explain that
