perhaps have a bunch of people design new look jkii.net sites and have the public vote on them?

I would think mod voting might work it might not.
It would be a little annoying for the person to only lose out by say 1%
Then everyone would know that your only a mod by a few votes, it wouldn't look very good.
I Think it should be done behind closed doors where all the admins make the choice..

yes, but im sure they would have more than 1 moderator accepted. when the time comes, we'll probably be needing a few.
i admit, it kinda would look and feel bad being someone who was voted low on the poll. making it admin only or even just making the results unknown to the public would be a good idea.

I'd go with with that, make it a poll but only let the admins see, therefore the unlucky soul who gets sod all votes doesn't have to see it.

I think we should have a poll on what we would prefer for jk2,
vanilla dm wif options for nf or ff
or class based dm and team play..
or maybe whether raven should make a Ysalamiri creature like a hl snark.. which non jedi could throw at jedi to make them stop using the force!!
