. Dont ban sigs...at this rate, because of people who dont respect the forums everything will be banned....

The star ratings went because everyone was taking sides.

They wont add more ranks because people just spam...

And probably everything else will be banned. At this rate even the forums will be banned.

I really enjoy some of the clever sayings and things that people have 1) thought up, or 2) found somewhere.

I agree that some can go over the top, but lets not destroy it all together?

No I dont make out sigs are bad, its just that some people go OTT and ruin it. Matt's yours was ok,

Letalis yours is nice, and about 90% are okay, its just the minority who insist in having an oversized sig or huge paragraphs of text which defeats the object of having a sig.

Sigs shouldn't be too intrusive on the eye.

Yea they should be short and to the point

. Most peoples sigs are really cool, but i reckon about 5% of people just spoil them.

The rating was really bad. Basically all that happened was that people who liked each other gave high ratings, and people who they didnt like low ratings. It just didnt work

Thanks RAVE, and I reckon a competition wouldn't go astray. You're right about getting the community involved. It helps, and a little friendly rivalry wouldn't hurt either!

No because it isnt an effective rating. Someone could be posting really good content, but could get a low rating because people dont like him/her (the her bit is unlikely).

Only problem is, this site doesnt seem to do this kind of thing to get people interested. Even makes you wonder if they read these boards.

Hey, give 'em a break! They make their presence known when it's needed. Sure a little more community involvement couldn't go astray. But, without 'em we wouldn't have what we do, so thank them for that!

Still, they could always employ more mods.
