I don't understand. But I'll answer the best I can. It's not as funny as Sam & Max but the Gumby comic has it's moments.
Sam & Max: 10 outta 10
Gumby Winter Fun Special: 7 outta 10.
It is somewhat amusing.

"Somewhat amusing" gets 30% on my scale. The collected Sam & Max probably gets 70% (meaning it has more funny in it than not). The only thing that can get all laughs all the time is stand-up comedy. There are some sketches that get pretty close to 100%.
