I don't suppose there is one already (wouldn't be much to report ....), but I volunteer to help with one as soon as there's info ...
I am not a good programmer (oh well, now you said it ..), but would help with news and content ...

Yes, it's still early days yet. We haven't even seen a single screenshot, yet...and the information deluge from E3 last year dried up pretty quickly. I'm looking forward to KOTOR at the moment...but I guess we'll still have to play the waiting game.
