MRJ Leaves Raven

I don't know if any of you already know this but MRJ has left Raven. Here is his quote.

I'd rather not get into details right away about what the new job will entail, but I can say I'll be working at another game company called Destineer Studios in Minneapolis, and at least part of the job will be the same sort of things I do for Raven - and then some.
I still plan to hang out here, and I'm not sure what if anything will happen to my moderator status, but likely my visits will taper off as the month goes by, and a short disappearance in early March is likely as I settle in up there. I also expect you lot to behave yourselves (which you actually do most of the time, which amazes me ) because until the moderator situation is settled things could get crazy here, and I'd hate to see the boards closed becuase there's no one to maintain order and the people here can't do it themselves. I expect you can pull it off if you try.

Thank you for all your hard work MRJ, good luck on your new job. If I may ask though, isn't Destineer a Mac porting company? Or is that just a division of it? Again thanks for all your hard work.

Thank you for nine years MRJ. Also thank you Strider for bringing this to our (well at least my) attention. A sad but necessary part of being a fan.

I just checked the EF forums, and saw the post by MRJ ...It really is serious...

To MRJ -

What little I've seen of you has shown me that you are a kind, funny, caring person, and your departure from Raven will be a great loss to all. I shall miss you greatly if you cannot continue to post here, as your comments have always added to the discussions.

I wish you great success in your new job, and much happiness in your new home

We already did (at the Raven Forums). We put some money together and bought him a present or two (I think it's scotch)
