Full Version Music Problems

In the full version, the music occasionally cuts out with a staticy sound. There's no problem with sounds, and the music problem seems to happen around the time when a voiceover starts, but not always.

Has anyone else experienced this?

P4 1.8Ghz
512MB RAM
Hercules Game Theater XP w/ 6.1 drivers
DirectX 8.1
Windows 2000 SP2 w/all crit./compat. updates

Lucasarts's reply was to turn down hardware acceleration, but that didn't help. Anyone else?

This problem is ongoing, and the newly announced patch doesn't appear to address it. Has anyone else run into this?

I have the same problem and its a very diappointing one snice star wars music has always been a highlight in any starwars game.

I don't hear any music at all when I'm playing I had the same problem with the AoE serie

upgradin direct x should help
