Editing the JK2 Front End (Menus)

Does anyone know how to do this? I consider myself to be quite adept with graphics and would like to have a go at editing the JK2 menus, possible even lending my skills to a mod. Could anyone point me in the direction of perhaps a Q3 front end editor?

The user interface is defined in the code. If you create a new userinterface you will have to change the ui code to get it right in the game.

Ah, that's what I was afraid of...

I guess I'll just have to advertise myself as a "Graphic Artist"

Actually, I think you might be able to re-arrange the menus, and change at least some of the graphics. (I may be wrong, but I assume this is what the ui/*.menu files do)

I definately know that you can't actually add new stuff to the menus (at least, not and have it do anything) without the SDK, though.
