Well there's Geocities, Xoom, Angelfire, Tripod.. but those don't really allow pics hosted by them to be put on forums.

except you end up with a url of www.mywebsite.50megs.com
but I suppose that is better than www.homestead.com/adirectory/anotherdirectory/mywebsite/mywebsite.html
