Question Timeout question or two

Ive read other post about timeout problems when people join their server. I have seen that sv_timeout should be set high (ie 120 works i here), but i have also seen the commands g_inactivity and sv_timeoutospecs. I'm not sure what these do, but i have it and sv_timeout set to 120 and the g_inactivity to 120 people still timeout on some level changes.
Would the time be from having the g_inactivity set?

Also I have seen in many server.cfg files, people have set or seta Administrator, or set Email. Are those supposed to show the email and who the admin is when people join the server, becuase i have them set on mine and they dont. The motd and hostname work, and show up fine.
I would show my cfg file, but im at work and it is at my server at home. It works fine though, just not for those things I asked.
Any help would be appreciated.

Actually, you would use sets with Administrator and Email...at least if you want them to be visible via serverinfo. The purpose of setting such things is not to display them in the game but to allow people to see them when they query the server via the in-game browser, ASE, GameSpy, etc.

sv_timeout = time in seconds that the server will wait for a packet from a client before dropping them. NOTE: Clients loading maps do not send packets. If this is too low, players will get dropped frequently during map changes.

sv_timeouttospec = time in seconds that the server will let a player sit idle before making them a spectator (not sure if this is broken, I haven't actually SEEN it work)

g_inactivity = time in seconds that the server will let a player sit idle (on a team, not as a spectator) before dropping them

For me, g_inactivity is broken. Every time I set it to anything, my server crashes. When I set it to 0, it's fine. Could just be me since I haven't seen anyone else complain about it. Or, maybe they fixed it in one of the ded server patches and I just haven't tried it again since.

"Do you expect me to talk?"

"No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to DIE."

Ok thanks, ill set the inactivity back to 0 since it might be broken and messing up the sv_timeout, becuase i have them both at 120, and you said the sv_timeout worked for you on anther post, but it didnt work for me.
Ill also change the Admin, and email set to sets, so hopefully that will work too.
