The blaster cannons and probably the AT-ATS as well as the nukes (I made the last one up).

All of the units in the game are balanced in some form. There will not be a unit that completely obliterates all other units, not even the ATAT.

All civs will have a unit that's mostly called a 'blaster cannon'. For the TF, it's a droideka similar to the ones you see constantly on these boards...
