OK i was watching the scene where vader is about to take luke to the emporer, Well, He seems to have like his good and evil side intermittenly speaking ie.
Good Side
"It Is Too Late For Me Son.."

I think he his always leaning towards the good side when talking to Luke. Vader likes Luke, he really wants him and his son to join forces be it on the side of good or not.
"Bad Side "I MUST Serve My Master etc. etc.""
I think this is leaning towards the good side as well. He says this line as if he is obligated to serve the Emperor but doesn't necessarily want to.

Well I dont think he is leaning towards the good side just yet in that instance. Remember that he told luke to join him so they can rule the universe as father and son. I think he just wants luke to join him then they can over throw sidious and rule the empire.

Actually this is how the Sith work: there are always two, a master and an apprentice. No more, no less. This leads us to the following possibilities:
1st possibility
Luke can kill Vader to take his place as a new apprentice of the Emperor.
2nd possibility
Vader can kill the Emperor as soon as he is sure that he has a new apprentice. So he can draw Luke to his side and then kill the Emperor so that Vader becomes the master and Luke his apprentice.
So as MotioMan says, Vader wants Luke to join him and then to kill the Emperor so that Vader becomes the Master and Luke his apprentice.

Bluezman you talk a lot of crap shut up what about the Sith Wars there were more than 2 sith for it to be a war. Plus at one point i'm sure there were Sidious, Maul, and Dooku. HMMM i'm not sure but i think that is 3 Sith not 2.

No actually, Bluezman is 100% correct. The Sith War was started because too many Lords wanted power and were willing to kill the other Lords for it. They pretty much all destroyed each other. There was ONE survivor of the Sith War however. He mandated that there must only be two Sith Lords so that greed doesn't interfere with their agenda. And Dooku/Tyrannous theoretically joined Sidious almost immediately following Maul's death. There was a 10 year gap after all...
P.S. Don't call someone an idiot unless you're 100% sure about something

At the end of episode 1 Yoda says "Two there are. Never more. Never less."
