entity window

I am having a problem with the entity window. Basically, it is over sized. It is about twice as wide as it should be, but that can fixed with the click and drag. But the height I cannot change and is too high because I can't I can't see anything under the "key" box.
How can I fix it?

Change your screen resolution. Try 1024 x 786. It works for me.

Now the screen is shaky...I guess I have to chage back and forth.
But I can see the whole window now.

How can you fit on a resoultion less than 1024x768? I need more than that just don't have the money for a good monitor.
