Demo to video (mpeg or avi)?

I think I saw a thread about this before, but I'm not sure where it is. Is it possible to convert a JO demo file into an avi or mpeg? Could someone direct me to that thread or give me some more info? Thanks.

Yea, I remember that thread, and I think they came up with the answer that, No, you can't...

But I'm wrong often, you may still want to look into it

I have seen several Quake 3 Urban Terror demos in divX format. You may want to try the planetquake forums, I'm pretty sure you will find some help there.
