Need Help!

I'm trying to add items into Jedi Knight. There are 5 that i have added but it won't allow me to assign keys to the last 2 (avtivate20 and 21). When i try to assign a key it gives me an error saying that it can't bind it because i have too many bindings (which i know is not true). I have no clue how to fix this or even what is wrong, any suggestions? thnx in advance.

boy that sucks, according to the jkstrings.uni ure supposed to be able to use up to activate 31, but i guess not
