I don't now who are that but i fink it's Mace Windu or Yoda  but i now who are the weakest and most but he is a sith Darth Maul .....

ok if sidious is the emperer then it was his wise decision to hurt luke in front of vader after telling luke to kill vader and getting him thrown to his death so I am still the wisest and Yoda is second.  |

Sidious was able to fool Yoda, Sidious is wiser and more cunning.
Yoda supplied Sidious with his clone army. Sidious fooled him into going to get it.

Sidious did make mistakes toward the end, in RoTJ, make no doubt. But the argument here is between him and Yoda, not his actions at the end of the film.

That was just one example. Yoda could not foresee palpatine's plan, He fooled everyone and became chancellor, he fooled everyone so they made him emperor. He is their Dictator now and nobody saw it coming. Not even yoda.

I would have to say that both Yoda and Sidious are wise in their respective sides of the Force. Palpatines mistake was choosing the dark side which always turns in upon itself. And although Sidious may have hidden himself successfully from Yoda, Yoda was able to survive the Jedi slaughter and train successors which would become the downfall of Sidious. Yoda has plenty of wisdom... he was just more patient with it.
Luminous beings are we... not this crude matter.

Since direction of wisdom not being important here, the quantity of wisdom would then be measured in the successes of the goals of the Jedi. This is because their goals have already been decided to be wise, and their success is all we can debate.
One could say Yoda lived longer than palpatine and so was wiser, merely because both Palpatine and Yoda were equally wise at any moment, the math of it is: Yoda had more moments.
This of course can't be verified, because we don't have enough information on either of their lives. However i would say Yoda is wiser, because he outlived Palpatine who was human and even with the force wouldn't live to be 800.
Even if Yoda was fooled there are always extenuating circumstances within life (everyone faces challenges and failures no matter how wise they are), but he was able to overcome them and died of old age, whereas Palpatine was killed by his own loyalist disciple.
