Just like you would the spin combo.Strafe left and up by doing w+a and attack, hold those keys. Then once that first spin is done, let go of w, keep the mouse key and a still down, and hold s and once that spin is done theres your spin. Or the other way is faster, just do the same way but instead of w+a and a+s use w+d and s+d and it will spin on after the first spin that way. I think that's how I figured it to be. There may be others though.
