Disabling indivudual force powers?

Hello all, I was wondering what the server/console commands were for disabling specific force powers or allowing only certain powers. Most of my multiplayer time is just spent goofing around with friends on our own servers, and I wanted to set up a game with only the neutral force powers. I recall a URL to a site that explained how to do it, complete with a system to calculate the math for the atrributes. Could someone give me the commands or a URL to where it's explained? thanks.

To disable all force powers but a few such as Jump, start server with No Force and type "forcetoggle 1" in console.

To disable just a few force powers such as push, start a full force server and type Forcetoggle 3 or 4 (typing forcetoggle by itself will give you a list).

It'll say Force (Power): Enabled or Disabled...

This would be really funny if it weren't happening to me.
In the land of California, in the heat of San Jose the dark haired PSIONIC JEDI forged in secret a master computer to control all others and into this computer he poured his money, his computer parts and many screws
One computer to rule them all. One computer to find the foes
One computer to bring them all to hell and in the darkness conquer

Yeah, there is a command for this, it's on my list for updates to the FAQ but the source data is here. (near the bottom of the thread.)
