*Gulltop places a tractor on the escape pod and pulls in into the cargo bay. Once inside Heimdall and the children exit.*

Heimdall: Bring us down.

Gulltop: Yes Lord.

*The three of them move to the lounge*

Heimdall: Now children care to explain, why those men were after you, and what is this that you apparently have stolen?

*Gulltop lands.*

*the two hesitate*

Aidan: You know what? Look. Thanks for saving us and all, but...

Marin: Aidan, we do owe him something. If it wasn't for him, we might not have escaped that time.

*Aidan gives her a look but shuts up*

Marin: *to Heimdall* We're from another...how do you say...dimension? Like another universe. Those guys who captured us, they're called the Shadows. Really nasty people. Although those guys were kinda dumb.

The stuff we stole? We didn't really steal it. I've got more claim to the stuff than they do. I don't know what half of it is, but uh... *Marin looks uncomfortable* Well, we couldn't just let them have it. Who knows what they'd do with it? They didn't want us because of that anyway.

They want us cuz we're mutants...well, Aidan is. I'm sort of...well, it's hard to explain. They want to know how I can shapeshift.

Heimdall: If your worried you gave to much away, don't. I already knew that both of you were not from this dimension, and that you could shapeshift.

As far as your friends are concerned they are most likely dead now. I doubt they could have survived the torpedo, and I'll protect you for as long as you are with me.

*Irvine looking at Raschel, with a slight consern.*

Irvine: "Can you walk? Did take you quite a bit longer then i did to wake up."

*Irvine releases his hold on Raschel, and walks behind her, and keeping his back agenst the others, gritting his teeth while clentching his fists.*

Irvine: 'No, how could i have become this soft in this quick of time. I.. Just... Don't' *sigh* 'not sure of myself anymore. Ever sense my father died I have no motivation to decide to continue my rage agenst him. Well, i guess there isn't any point keeping a vendetta agenst someone one who wouldn't matter to anyone anymore...'

((OOS: Scar, according to earlier posts the Crimson Star II isn't finished. Besides that, it's only been a few hours since their meeting on this started. So they would have only agreed to do what you said))

Marin: Yeah, I know you know. I just shapeshifted in front of your nose. Hey, I'm curious. You're obviously not like the others here. What are you? Where'd you come from?

*several of the council members walk unhappily away from the meeting room after being outvoted, just barely, in the subject of continuing the CSII project. The more cautious ones are convinced the project will end in their deaths, and plan to distance themselves from it*

*Heimdall laughs at the question*

Heimdall: Your right I'm certainly not like the others. I am a native of this galaxy, and came from a idealic world *begins to remember Asgard, and Vanaheim* hidden away from the rest of the galaxy. However that world was destroyed, since then we have moved to another world, almost as great as our orginal home.

Unfortunately that is all I can tell you. To many lives depend on keeping that information secret to let me tell you. In fact that is I am here to protect my people.

The one thing I can tell you is that I'm around 400 years old.

Oh before I forget. Gulltop send a transmission to the torpedoes to go dormant upon reaching their respective destinations. And detache them from my life signs.

Gulltop: Yes sir

Marin: Hmmm. That would explain a bit of stuff... Fair enough. I suppose I forgive you for threatening me earlier, then.

*She muses for a moment* Can you tell me what happened to this...galaxy? I mean, the data I had on this place - it described it much differently than what I've found here. Am I in the wrong place, or where did everything...go?

*Aidan doesn't speak. He isn't sure yet if he trusts this odd stranger*

Heimdall: If you came here five days ago you would have found that galaxy that you were told of. However four days ago, the two major powers in the galaxy refused to settle their differences without bloodshed. My people tried to stop them, but to no avail, they were bent on fighting. As a result around 80& of the galaxy was destroyed. And because of their refusal my people have suffered greatly, and lost our beloved lord.

Yet even with such destruction you would think that they would have learned. Instead even as we speak the remaining parts of the New republic and the Imperial Republic prepare to fight over what is left of the galaxy. I doubt that they even know how perilous their situation is now.

Marin: ...Oh.

Aidan: Great. Out of the frying pan into the fire.

Marin: Eighty percent of the galaxy...that's...

Aidan: No wonder the Shadows let themselves be so damn obvious. They figure this universe is a goner anyway! And naturally, we're stuck in it.

Marin: So...those other people who were with us...they're part of the New Republic side? Are they the "good guys", or are there any left?

Heimdall: Yes you did pick a bad time to visit this galaxy.

The New Republic was just as responsible as the Imperials for the suffering placed on my people. They are also eager for war, so if they are the good guys I don't know. I would be careful with my dealings with them.

*speaks quietly, almost to himself*

If they fail to see the error in their ways, we might have to show them again.

*An officer abord the CS II welcomes the Council and gives them reports on the condiction of the CS II. and Begining to walk down the main corrador...*

Officer: "Welcome Surpreme Councilman Ravan, and to the rest of you. All the Radation is all cleaned up, so don't worry about that. The Internal Atmosphereic Systems are back up to 100% and the exterior Atmosphereic Systems are only working at 45% efficiency. The Reactors are funtioning at 76% effenency, but i wouldnt worry sense the main balk of the power won't be used for a long while now. Computer Systems are at 80% repaired, and running. Weapons Sytems and Defence Systems are at 100% effientcy Due to none of the Systems were damaged during the explosions..."

Ravan slighty confused: "Explosions?"

Officer: "Yes, it seems someone has used some thermal detonators on the reactors, and other side systems to make sure everyone here died, but it was all done on the inside. Becuase there are no external damage to the Crimson Star II other then the Artifical Sunlight Mirrors."

Ravan: "And the bodies?"

Officer: "All been disposed of, Sir. Although the Person who you have discribed by Appearence and genetic detail hasn't been seen on board. even if he was wounded or not harmed, we'd have detected it, and with out food or water, he'd die."

Ravan: "Great, sounds like a Kidnapping. But who'd know about his even exsisting?"

Marin: Shame. They seemed like decent people.

I have another question: Why did those uniformed people try to arrest us? *remembering* They called Aidan a...what was that?

Aidan: A death warrior or something. A "biologically engineered death warrior". *rolls eyes*

Marin: Yeah, a death warrior? And that girl with the lightsword knew Aidan was a gargoyle...is she, well, like you, Heimdall?

((OOS: Random note: Guys, remember Josine is still part of the group. She is still just asleep - so don't leave her behind))

Heimdall: As I told you the New Republic and Imperial Republic were responsible for the destruction of the galaxy. But they refused to admit guilt and instead took a race called the Aesir: who tried to stop the violence, and blamed them. The two governments also decided to blame another group who tried to stop the violence. A member of that group was Rwos, a gargoyle, to explain this the governments lied and said he was a genetically engineered soldier, for the Aesir. The scared and angry populace believed those lies, and assumed Aidan was such a soldier.

So you can see he was simple another victim of those lies. He will be feared, and hated by many people. Much like an Aesir would be. You must be very careful about where you go especially if your alone.

Marin: Yeah, a death warrior? And that girl with the lightsword knew Aidan was a gargoyle...is she, well, like you, Heimdall?

Heimdall: No Misea is not like me. She is a Jedi, who was still in training. Her master died and has left her scared and I believe a little confused as to what she should do next. The only thing we share in common is an ability to use what is commonly called the Force, it is an energy field that is connected to life. That ability allowed me to control the guards mind and release us.

And Before you ask what or who the Jedi are, I'll answer that. The Jedi, or jedi knights were an order of force users, that tried to keep order, and peace in the galaxy. However Misea is one of the last Jedi still living. The rest were destroyed with most of the galaxy.

Marin: The Force sounds kind of like Magic from my dimension.

Aidan: Wait. If those people were loyal to the New Republic government, why did they save us?

*Misae points to Raschel* You just missed your friend waking up. You pass out alot - you should get checked out. Now, does anyone know where Heimdall, or those two kids ran off to? Heimdall's ship isn't in its docking bay anymore.

Heimdall: It seems I might not have been clear enough. The two governments were responsible but not necessarily evil. The Imperials are definetly corrupt and fabricate those lies. The new republic is a little diferent some of the leaders are corrupt but others are not. Which is why I wouldn't call them the good guys. To the best of my knowledge they never created the Death Warrior tale. Without that you are innocent children with a mob after you.

That is why you must be very careful here. Don't trust people automatically let them prove that they are trustworthy. You by luck seem to have found some honorable people but still be careful.

Remember this as well, while you are safe in Gulltop and I will protect you. You must never try to spy on me like you did. To many lives depend on some things remaining secret.

Oh Gulltop, you can turn off the cloaking shield I don't want a ship to land on us.

Gulltop: Yes sir.

Aidan: I don't get what you're trying to say here. You tell us not to trust anyone, to let them prove they're trustworthy, but you obviously have more secrets than everyone else we know here combined. Sure, you saved us. But how do we know why you saved us? Maybe you've got something worse for us in mind. Maybe you want to use us for some stupid plot. I don't know. But I don't like my intelligence insulted. I don't know about you, but saying "many lives depend on some things remaining secret" sounds bogus. What's your real agenda here?

Marin: He's got a point there. You said to let people prove they are trustworthy? How do we know you are?

*raises her hands defensively* I promise we won't spy on you when we're on your ship. But that doesn't mean I don't want to know...well, what you want with us. If anything.

Irvine saying in a ferm tone: "I want to leave. Something is brewing in the Remaining Imperals, I can just feel it... I want to leave now."

---------------

Officer: "Councilman Ravan, i just finished an Inventory check on all spacecraft. There is a confermed shuttle missing from the exterior level docking bays."

Ravan: "Did it have a tracer on it?"

Officer: "Yes, they all do. but with no one here to watch her movements on scanners, nor computer systems running to do so automatically, it wouldnt be recorded... however, how stupid it may sound, we have located the tracer's position.'"

Ravan: "Yes, continue..."

Officer: "It seems to have stoped on Coresant..."

Ravan: "Send a search team there, I want them to be low profile..."

Heimdall: You've been paying attention very good. Plain and simple you don't know if I am. The only things you know for certain is that I saved your lives, and haven't killed you yet. I saved your lives for one reason, you pose a security risk for me, because of Marin's little stunt. I couldn't just allow your would be slavers to take you alive. I had a choice either save you or make sure that you were killed. I don't like the idea of having to kill children. Which is also why you are safe in my ship since only those who I want to enter can do so, and while your here you don't pose a security threat. Which gets to what I want from you to.

*Looking at Marin* The only thing I want from you is to know exactly what you heard when you were in my cabin. I already know what you told Aidan, but I need to know exaclty what you heard. That is all I want.

Aidan think about it, if I keep so many things secret and didn't tell you my real agenda why would I now? The fact is that I am here to protect people. Whether or not you believe that I don't care.

Protect people? The Aesir fired those torpedoes, did they not, Heimdall? They destroyed 80% of the galaxy, right? And not 80%of the galaxy is under imperial rule, is it? And the empire is responsible for the deaths on the crimson star, is it not?

*Orthos notices confused faces*

How do I know?

They told me.

*Gulltop trains interior weapons on Aidan*

Heimdall: Gulltop is not very pleased with your little threat Aidan. I warn you try something like that again and you will regret it. If you don't want your intelligence to be insulted then stop acting so stupid, and try exerting some control. Your lucky your friend seems to be able to do that or else you would be dead.

*to Marin* First I give you my word that if you tell me that I won't kill you. Secondly I know for a fact that you only told Aidan what you heard, you then tried to leave this dimension but were knockedout by the shadows before you could, and they are dead. Now since you haven't said anything to anyone else about this I could have simple killed you and ended it right there, but I didn't. This is a very important test. I suggest you make the right choice.

Aidan: You underestimate us. You know little to nothing of our capabilities, and you threaten us? Go ahead, shoot me - if you can.

Marin: Aidan, please. *to Heimdall* Heimdall. *pauses and realizes something* You think killing those Shadows got rid of them? *shakes head* It won't stop that way, Heimdall. Your torpedo only destroyed a...an oversized scout ship. There will be more. Now that they know about you, they.. *sighs, closes her eyes*

I want some sign that we can trust you. That you haven't killed us yet isn't enough.

Heimdall: I wouldn't need to shoot you, and here is a general hint, don't underestimate an opponent. The shadows did that to me and they wound up dead. Unless you know better think they are equal to you or better.

*Heimdall suddenly smiled*

Very good Marin, you passed the test. You controlled your emotions under the threat of death even when you knew very well I could kill you. You held firm insisting that I prove my honor, before giving any information. You did very well. Though there was one problem. You didn't fully analyze the task. If you did then you would have known.

1. I was in the room fully aware of your presance, if what was said important enough I would have removed you, and consequently I didn't, and since I was there I would know what you heard.

2. Since I knew what you told Aidan, you should have conclude that I also knew you didn't comprehend what you heard.

I wanted to see if you could fully analyze a situation under stress. Where you didn't do a complete job, you still did well.

Aidan however is another matter. Unlike Marin you were quick to threats against an unkown oppenent, of unkown strenght. You failed to remain calm, and consequently put both your life and Marin's in danger. You assume that I knew nothing about you, and you were stronger then I each of those assumptions can easily get you killed. Learn from your friend, it will keep you alive longer. You may be brave but don't let emotions cloud your judgement.

As far as the shadows are concerned I was toying with them. I needed information on their capablities, which I got. Gulltop is far from the most powerful ship my people have. It is a personal transport and not a warship. I don't believe I really have anything to fear from them. Neither should you as long as your here.

Now then, you want a sign that you can trust me. I think that is only fair. What can I do to prove that I can be trusted? Just remember that I won't betray my people.

*Heimdall gives a slight wave of the hand and Gulltop brings the weapons back to their normal positions.*

Marin: *inhales and opens her eyes* I think I misjudged you. But I should warn you you've...also misjudged the Shadows. When I was in their computer, I saw what happened. You were toying with them, but they were also toying with you. Not only that, but they wanted you alive, healthy, and undamaged, along with your ship...they never used their capabilities in full on you. And that was only a scout ship, a little beefed up, but still...lower echelon.

That bunch was pretty stupid. But I know that not all of them are like that. You'll understand why I'm still afraid of them.

I don't know what you can do to prove you're trustworthy. I don't even know if you can. Maybe only time will tell...which makes me wonder, what are you intending to do with us?

----------

Misae: *looks troubled* I feel tremors in the Force. I feel...*looks at Orthos*...they're somehow connected with you, Orthos.

Heimdall: Actually I have made no judgements about the shadows, I have only gained more information. I'm pretty sure we are almost evenly matched.

I'm not intending to do anything with you. You are free to go if you so desire, or you can stay. The choice is yours.

*A bruse appears on the cheek of Ivrine, a sign of the dark side.*

*Ivrine hears a womans voice behind him.*

Woman: You should not use what you do not know how to control. You reek of the dark side, your soul balances on the edge of a knife.

*Ivrine turns.*

*A tall woman stands 3 metres behind him, she appears to be in her early 30s, she is tall and slim, with a dances frame and figure. She is exceedingly buetiful, with light brown hair, flecked with gold worn loose down to her shoulders. Her eyes are large, grey, but clouded with sea green, they posses a light which makes them either blinding or enchanting, depending on the woman's mood. Now they bore staight through Ivrine into his soul.*

Name: Sophae Flax.

Maiden Name: Sophae Windrider.

Age: 46

Hight: 5'10''

Abilities: Jedi, as powerful as Taklin, very strong empathy.

Weapons: Currently none, however if attacked she will defend herself with the force.

Bio: Wife of Taklin Flax, (Lucky guy, huh?) born on Aguma, joined Rebel Alliance, on the way off planet her ship was attacked by Tie fighters. Taklin saved the transport.

Has three children: Halren, Kale (dead) and a daughter.

((OOS: Since when do bruises appear as signs of the dark side, Battledog?

Admiral: Marin was referring to "(...) I don't believe I really have anything to fear from them. (...)"))

Misae: I don't know, honestly. I can only sense-*breaks off as she senses Sophae* You...you're a Jedi! *her astonishment puts her off guard. So others had survived...besides the one she'd left behind on Coruscant...*

----------

*Aidan growls slightly, then turns around* Fine. We're leaving, then.

*Marin stares at Heimdall, calculating. As Aidan passes, she grabs his shoulder and stops him without moving. She motions for the pack, which Aidan hands her. She takes a canister out of the pack. She opens it, and takes an very oversized, shimmering crystal key out. The key has symbols engraved on it with some very fine tool. The key had a holder as well, with an inscription on it*

Marin: We can't read these. Can you? *hands the key and the holder to Heimdall*

Irvine: "A bruse? heh, thats from the rope that was used on my mouth when i was gaged about an hour ago..."

*Irvine turns to show himself more clearly to the woman. then cleary she'd reconised him as a relitive of some sort of the last Lord of the Sith...*

Irvine: "Don't make your assumptions too early there, even a 'Jedi' shoudl know that..."

((Redwing: In Courtship of Princess Leia, brusing was a sign that a person used the Dark side.))

*Heimdall signals Gulltop to lower the boarding ramp to allow the children to get off, when Marin stops Aidan, and pulls out the key*

*Heimdall looks at the inscription*

Heimdall: These are called Runes. I can read the inscription, but it doesn't make sense. However, I do know a person who may be able to make sense of this. If you wish I will contact him.

((Redwing: I can send you a pic of what the inscription would look like in Runes if you want to post a pic of it.))

So what are we going to do now? Strike back? Somebody has to give me some info, or I'm going to take down the empire solo!

((OSS: Redwing, like Admiral says.))

Sophae: You reek of the dark side, hatred, anger, pride, bloodlust, arrogance. That's all I sense in you. Give me your light sabers, or I'll take them from you.

((OSS: Ivrine, since entering the story has been, pretty shady. He's always charging off into battle, he seems to view everyone else with disdain. When a Jedi says he reeks of the dark side he tells her not to make asumptions. Also he's burning up with hate for his father and he's using the force very recklessly. "Everything has to be paid for."))

Irvine: "Reek? hmm, I thought I applyed some de-orderant this morning, sorry. And as for my Sabers..." *grabs on to them and applys a frim grip upon them* "Try to take them from my hands, but in the mean time, I'm going to take a stroll..."

*Irvine turns around and continues to walk down the corrador...*

Irvine: *sigh* 'I don't know why I keep getting angry at him, he's dead. End of story.' *sigh* 'Well, I don't see him, well maybe at least when and if I do sometime. I'll just promise myself I'll lay a big one right on his chin...' "Heh."

*The first wave of the remaining Imperial Fleet arrive at the Crimson Star II...*

((OOS: Scar, not all the Imperial Republic fleet would be going to the Crimson Star II. Remember, it's only Ravan's faction of the Council who even wants to use it (since there's currently no way to finish it). Also remember it's now Imperial Republic, not Imperial.))

Marin: Ah, I know what runes are, but I can't read those. I understand they're familiar to you?

----------

Raschel: You...I recognize you. You were Taklin Flax' wife...*realizes* I'm sorry.

*A voice speaks from behind Orthos* What you need to do is leave this planet.

*The group turns to see a man in a long dark trenchcoat over a strange gray bodysuit, with short blonde hair and grey eyes. The man looks over the party, and then further at Gulltop in its docking bay* Just how I saw it...

Misae: Who are you? Why are you telling us to leave this planet?

*The man looks at her* Call me Guy. You don't know me, but I know you. I also know that you all are in grave danger here. You and...*nods at Heimdall's ship behind them*...your friends must leave, now.

Heimdall: Yes these runes are familar to me. You could say my father either learned or invented these runes. There are certain ways I know that confirm that those runes are the Elder Futhark.

*A blaster bolt shoots past Orthos. Imperial Stormtroopers can be seen in the distance*

I'm inclined to agree Guy! Let's go!

*Runs toward ship*
