4 our english test, i topped the class with my 83 marks, and i never even studied!

P.S have u ever topped the class without having to study 2?

i have! But the funny thing is that not only did i not study for the essay, but i didn't even listen to a word the teacher about the whole topic

but that was the only time i did what u have done... fluke... wish i got more of em though

Never done that before.

Nothing like getting a 90 in a class, that everyone is struggling in, you don't do the homework, and sleep through the whole class. Those were some good nap days.

Although, I left a puddle of drool on the desk one day. LOL

hey sxw, remember english class. for the first quarter he was the first ranked person in terms of grade. in the second quarter, he was last ranked.

My grades for senior year:

1st Quarter: 100
2nd Quarter: 50
3rd Quarter: 100
4th Quarter: 87

I did little work in the 2nd and 4th quarters.

Yeah. I got the top 5% of my grade (Grade 9, 140 students). And I only had an 87.5 average. Others who topped it had like 93. Tsk, I'm just lazy.

Hey, Darky's back again

I don't study half as much as the majorty of the rest of my year lol, and I still end up doing well...in the UK, at the end of year 11 (when you're 16) you do the big life changing GCSE exams...out of the whole of my year, I got the overall best results. That's 2 A*s, 4 As, and 3 Bs...not too bad...and I didn't study much lol...why is the world so unfair?

Quietyou. At least it's unfair in my favour when it comes to school. Heh I did homework for the first 2 weeks, now I don't but by now the teachers just walk up and say "Homework done?", "Yep", "Okay". They don't even check anymore. It's so sweet.

lol last test of my math class last year... ~nods~ didnt studie... not one lick... made a perfect...

My teacher shook his head as he handed it back to me because I never did my homework at home... lol If I didnt do it at school durring class it never got done...

It can also depend on the teacher you get. Once one of my friends handed in his book report a month late and he still got the same (approx.) mark as me, even though mine was in on the due date.

I never studied in high school and college. In high school I was the top of many classes, especially languages and maths. I had a calculus test every friday, and I would never study longer than the 5 minutes between classes and always got an A (over 93).

Over 93? *whistles* You only have to get over 80 to get an A here. Granted it's an A-, but still an A. Just with a minus after it.

Yet, I'm in gym and we have to know how to throw a shotput properly.

i got my GED test results back today. I got the highest score i think.......2057 or something like that. i got a B on the essay that i didn't really study for.

Um, shotput? They taught us that for one day in like 8th grade, just so it was something new. When the hell are you gonna use that skill in life? Or is that like really popular?

We learn basketball and stuff like that. In other words, stuff you can maybe enjoy, and keep in shape with.

Yeah, we're going rock climbing, and we play volleyball, basketball, softball as well as do archery and weight-lifting. However this week we're learning how to throw a shotput properly, how to do a long jump properly etc. It's so stupid.

and just an FYI, i'm 41st in my class of 300 some odd kids.
with an 87.981

and the top ranks are seperated by .01ths of a point.

and i could be like in the top 10 if i TRIED. note the lack of trying.
