What's your fav cutscene from GF?

For me my favourite cutscene was the number 9 train one where it sheds it's skin and jumps into the pits of hell. That had me jaw-dropped after the first time i saw it.

What was your favourite cutscene in GF?

being only in year one

an earlier sceen could you?

as a newbie, i am appalled, you've ruined tha game .

No, my favourite cut scene is the "Is it love?" scene.

I think the cutscenes get better as the game goes. The final cutscene is undoubtedly my favourite, brings tears into my eyes every single time I watch it.

Unhappy

Very sorry for ruining the game for you, but my description of that cut-scene means nothings until you see it for yourself. Sorry once again if I have ruined it all for you...

I've decided to choose an early one, due to Darth not completing the game and that.

I like the one where Don Copal is sprouted. That's cool. There are some others too, but I'll post em later when Darth is able to ignore this and not get any spoilers.

i think it would be better if people used the [*spoiler][*/spoiler] (without the '*') from now on as some people are giving too much away...

spoiler:
Like this!!

Muchos Nachos!
to Sanspoof and Tall Guy.
I am officially almost
now finished year one.
man I am crazy.
I most likely have
a thousand screen shots
from this year alone.
I am not going to use them
all at my site, but I am going
to compile disc's from each year
with oddles of GF doodles.

I did like the Sprouting
I also really liked Don Copal
going postal inside his office
at Manny, and Manny's looks of Pathos.
it is just excellent how Lucasarts
put so much into the game.
I hope mentioning these things
do not spoil too many newbies
enjoyment of the game.

also I need one screen shot
from year one if you have alot
PM me I do not want to give away
the shot because it is plot related.

There are a lot of mighty impressive cutscenes in the game, but I have to say the one I love most is the one where:

spoiler:
Don Copal gets capped

I guess I'm just a hopeless romantic.

Jolly good.

I like the intro the best. It sets up the story well and has some great moments ("Intimidating? Me?" and "I'm Manny Calavera, your new travel agent").

Okay, let me test this spoiler thing:

spoiler:
The cutscene in which Manny fights against Domino on his boat, I forgot the name...

Okay, guess that worked.

My favourite scene is the intro of year 2. And the *Outside-Calavera-Cafe* Soundtrack: "Hi-Tone Fandango" is my favourite track. Well, year 2 is also my favourite year of the game. The best music, great atmosphere and Manny looks very cool.

i have no idea how you made the with line so that you could write spoilers, so if any one is a spoiler phobic, look away now.
spoiler:

the scene when manny is at the green house and gets.....

it's hard to chose one, since all of them are masterworks

If this is the road of life, it sure do have a lot of bumps.

Someone didn't take his Happy pills this morning. And when was your last Negativity innoculation? And your Optimism booster shots? Good god man, you're a wreck. Take these two positive re-enforcers and call me in the morning.

"You are a good person!"

"Very good, that's your best effort yet!"

Yes, apologies are in order for last night - I was most downbeat. It happens, I'm afraid to say.

I'm gonna be weird and say the cutscene where
spoiler:
Manny uses the scythe to cut the flowers from Salvador's body. It just gives me goosebumps.
And the final one. It is so... romantic and funny at the same time. And Lola, it is so sad. Híjole mano, I love this game, it is really among the best games I have played.

Yeah, that one with the flowers is neat, ain't it? Turn it into an animated .gif image and it'd make a nice avatar.

Hell no! It is special. I watch it when I want to be awed, I don't want it thrown into my face all the time.

Awed? I don't follow. It's poignant and all, but on its own it doesn't seem all that powerful.

But it's so... symbolic. He is wearing his suit, with his scythe, cutting flowers! He looks like the true anti-hero, which Manny probably was at first, before he fell in love with Meche.
