Avatar Problems

hi, i loaded a custom avatar a long time ago, now i want to change it but i don't get the option to load a custom avatar in the avatar section, can u help me?

Go to user cp at the top of the page, then go to edit options, then at the bottom of the page there's an option "change avatar" click that and then you can type in the web address or where it is on your computer.

i've done that a million times but instead of giving me those options only the message " Thank you for updating your profile, frendon. " pops up

Yes, that comes up no matter what. Let the next page load after doing that and there will be a page were you can upload your avatar.
