Grip. Speed is also nice. It's fun running with speed to a stormtrooper army and slice them to pieces 
But still grip is the best

Level 3 Grip is great...hold a guy in midair with one hand, use the other hand to toss the saber and chop him into pieces. Or grip a guy, move him over a pit and watch him fall. Just using grip to damage enemies is pretty boring, however.

Well force jump plays a huge role in the game, and so does force speed. But over the two, Speed has really gotten me out of some extreme situations. (Example, having 30 health, no shields, and facing 18 stormtroopers).

speed speed...and well speed
force speed is the best force it goes like this:
1. speed
2. grip
3. mind trick
4. push - lightining
5. mind trick - heal
6. pull
7. jump..well its the important one..but not so exciting

Force Pull may not be the most exiting force power, but it is dead useful, especially at lvl3, where you can pull and disarm an entire group of stormies.
A nice little tactic with lvl3 pull is that you jump over a group of bad guys and pull them up in the air, so that they die when they fall down.
