To Those Of You Who Believe In Prayer...
To Those of you who believe in prayer and the power of god... today at youth group i found out my friend is in urgent care at Loma Linda hospital here in Cali... he has to have a open heart surgery operation tomorrow (Thursday) at about 12:00 PM The doctors say that there is a chance that he may die... please please pray for him.

I feel bad for you man. I will pray for him.
I have a distant cousin who lives in L.A and went to go see his girlfriend at a park and was shot in the head. He was on machines but they decided to pull the plug on him. He died today. I don't feel to sad because I really didn't know him but he was still my cousin..
I will pray for your friend and I am sure that he will make it perfectlly fine. God Speed man!

Wow..small world...guess where I go to my baby dr at....Loma Linda!
Ne ways I will keep your friend in my prayers - let us know how it turns out. My dad had heart Surgery at Loma Linda and they took real good care of him and everything turned out just fine. I'm sure they will do the same for your friend.

I'm sorry to hear that, I'll put up an insignificant note from an insignificant person to above to hopefully help in these matters.
I know what it's like, I had a friend who drowned and the paramedics tried what they could, even open heart surgery 3 times in a row... couldn't help him unfortunatly, by that time he was already gone. However I hope all will fare well for your friend.

We'll i cant call him wile he's in urgent care.. Nor can i vist, from what i know so far the surgery is taking place right now... i have connections with his family so i'll be the first few to know the outcome... all i know is that he will make it... Jesus wasnt called Jehovah Rapha for nothing eh?

WOOT! Good news guys! We’ll first off; they don’t have to do the open-heart operation! They found out that with some medication they gave him (which made him MUCH better) They can do it through putting some thing in his leg and using some freaky micro cam to travel up to his heart... Yea I’m lost to but heck, they say its not dangerous at all so that’s good. other thing is the reason he got this way is because he stopped taking his heart medicine because it made him tired in school. He is also a Pro skater and "couldn’t afford" to be tired... Heh
So things are good... He went in for the thingy over 6 hours ago but I haven’t heard how he is.

I too have to take medications that make me really drowsy... it's a bummer, but I gotta do it, otherwise I wouldn't be able to do anything.

Grate news once more, He's home! and very glad to be back in his own bed  ... he still has to take medicine the rest of his life but thats a small price to pay.
