Firstly I suggest that you get some webspace with a free service provider. Perhaps geocities.com or freeservers.com, I also hear that lycos is good as well.
After you get a site you can upload your pictures there and then post the pictures here by adding [IMG] http://yoursite.com/image.jpg [/IMG] image tags around the appropriate link.
