could anyone post any commands to put in mp ie. handicap or the force regenerate rate. thanks!

From the consol type: \g_forceregentime "200"

200 is default, if you want it to regen faster select a lower #.

Remember this will only work if you are running your own server. If you are visiting a server it will be determined by the server admin.

If there are any newbies out there reading this, here something helpful:

go to the console screen by pushing shift and ~ at the same time and type in cvarlist and then (if running a mod) g_ or mod_ if not, type a or b or c etc. if ther are any other qustions, ask me!
