no its for single.

For multiplayer you can just type cg_dismember 100 in the console to activate dismemberment.

In single player I just type in g_saberrealisticcombat 9 and it works fine.

If you fight someone with a lightsaber it is better to make the number at the end of the SaberRealisticCombat low eg 1 or 2. If it is very high (eg 100 or more) then you will die once the lightsaber touches you. You can also die from the your own lightsaber. If you want the number high, then it all depends on who attacks first.
